hmmmmmmmm well... at least he is not as dirty body as mine i guess...
welll... i'm going to try what he's been trying for last... few months.
though i know my body will need 6 months to see affects.
here we go, my first day of commitment.. the "FAT" me.
Running - 40 min
Dumbell - 10lbs ea. 3 min
Knee Raise - 3 min
5'3'' / 157lbs.
dang.
i think i'm 31-1/2 in waist.... because i went shopping today and 30 fit too perfectly, and 32 had little gap...
urgh....
let's do this.
